Below are some of the issues you may be wondering about.

  • + When will I receive the product I ordered?
    Bank approval can be obtained instantly for your orders that you will place with a credit card, and your order can be taken to the preparation stage immediately. The payment you have deposited in your money order orders is monitored by checking our accounts at the beginning of each working day, and the orders that are paid are taken to the preparation stage. After the order is placed, the product is delivered to the cargo within 2 working days, and within 1 to 3 days it is delivered to your address by the cargo.
  • + How will I know that my order has been shipped?
    When your orders placed on our site are delivered to the cargo, cargo shipment information about your order is automatically sent to your e-mail address and mobile phone registered in our system. In addition, when you log in to our site, you can view your orders in the My Account section and view the status of your order instantly.
  • + Will I pay any fees when I receive my order?
    There is no extra charge as a shipping fee at the time of delivery. In your Pay at Door orders, no fee is paid, except for the Pay at Door Service fee, which is collected by the courier company together with the product price. Please contact us if the cargo officer asks for any fee, except for the cases we have stated.
  • + My order is defective, what should I do?
    When your order is delivered to you by the courier, you must inspect the outer package for damage before receiving it and have a "Damage Determination Report" prepared in case of any damage. Another issue that you should pay attention to regarding the damage assessment report is the statements made by the cargo officers in the report. For example, "The parcel is not damaged. The product is damaged." A report like this creates a problem during the change, as it will be interpreted that the product has not been damaged during transportation. For your damaged product, please warn the officer to keep a record with full and correct words. (For example: When I received the product, it was checked and found to be damaged.) In case of damage you notice after receiving your order, you should immediately inform your cargo branch and request assistance in preparing the damage report. If you cannot get the necessary assistance from the cargo branch, please inform us. As a result of having the cargo officer prepare the report and deliver the product to us, your exchange transactions will be completed quickly and you will be informed. Important: You must send your damaged product to us with Aras Cargo. Cargoes from different cargo companies are strictly not accepted.
  • + My bill was not delivered with my order. What should I do?
    All of the orders delivered by courier are delivered to the courier company according to the invoice and with an invoice. Our official invoices are an integral part of your shipped order. Your invoice is delivered to you in a transparent plastic pocket bag outside of the parcel containing your order. If, for any reason, the invoice in this pocket is not delivered to you by the cargo company, please remind the cargo officer and ask for it persistently. For the undeliverable invoice despite all your requests, please take a report and notify us. As soon as possible, the cargo company will find it or a stamped copy will be sent to you by us.
  • + The product I received is not the product I ordered.
    For defective product/products, you must contact us and inform us. You can send the product/products together with the invoice on behalf of our company. When the product/products reach us, they will be exchanged and sent to you as soon as possible.
  • + What if no one is found at the address at the time of delivery?
    If the cargo officer cannot find anyone at the address, he leaves a "Cargo Notification Note" and returns the cargo to the branch. In this case, the cargo must be received from the branch within 3 days by the buyer.
  • + From which cities can I order?
    You can order from anywhere in Turkey. We do not have any location restrictions in Türkiye. The deliveries of the products can only be made in the regions where the cargo company we work with is located. Since delivery cannot be made in regions where the cargo company we have a contract with does not have a branch, our customers may have to go to the cargo branch where the package can be delivered and receive the package by hand.
  • + About returning defective products
    Siparişleriniz kargo firmasına teslim edilmeden önce kalite kontrol testlerinden geçmektedir. Yine de ürünlerde herhangi bir kusur olması durumunda iadelerinizi, teslim tarihinden itibaren 14 (on dört) iş günü içerisinde yapabilirsiniz. Ürünlerin hasarlı olarak tarafınıza geldiğine dair mutlaka kargo yetkilisine HASAR TESPİT TUTANAĞI ile hasarlı ürünleri teslim etmeniz gerekmektedir. Ürün elimize ulaştıktan sonra yapılacak kontroller sonucunda kullanımdan kaynaklı bir kusur yoksa ürün bedeli tarafınıza ödenir veya isteğinize bağlı olarak başka ürünle değiştirilir. Kusurun kullanıcı hatasından kaynaklı olması durumunda iade kabul edilmemektedir.
